LAKEWOOD, NJ- Head Coach Brett Harvey has announced the addition of two dynamic transfer students to the Georgian Court University Track & Field team for the spring semester.

Former Brick Township High School standout, Lisa Stuto, joins the Lions as a true freshman. Stuto was the 2008 New Jersey Meet of Champions runner-up in the shot put with a personal best of 44’6” in that event, while holding a personal-best 123’6" in the discus.

Nicole Kalinowski also joins the Lions as a true freshman.  Kalinowski was a talented discus thrower for nearby Monsignor Donovan where she established a personal best of 105’6” for the discus event.

Both student-athletes will look to bolster the Lions throws group, which already features a strong trio shot- putter Kay-C Thompson (So.), shot put/discus/javelin thrower Alyssa Hudgins (Fr.) and javelin thrower Christine Gorczyca (Fr.).

The Lions travel to Ursinus College (Collegeville, PA) this Saturday to compete in the Frank Colden Invitational.
