BALTIMORE, MD- For the second straight year, Georgian Court University Head Lacrosse Coach, Mike Migliorisi (pictured), had the privilege of being a featured presenter at the US National Lacrosse Convention on January 16th in Baltimore, Maryland.

Coach "Miggs", along with 15 of his current players, conducted a detailed step-by-step breakdown of the Lions' unique brand of zone defense. The players even invited the audience onto the demo field after the presentation so they could ask specific questions pertaining to each player's individual position.

"GCU lacrosse felt very honored to be given the privilege of providing a live demonstration at the National Convention," said Coach Migliorisi. "Our defense is something that we created ourselves and our players had the unique opportunity to teach the hundreds of coaches in attendance our basic concepts."

"Overall, this was a great way to give back to the sport of lacrosse. Our student-athletes provided a first-class presentation and have a lot to be proud of."

GCU, the 2009 CACC regular season champions, commence the '10 campaign on March 2nd vs. Kutztown University.
